Here are the Commission Options we offer

Most Real Estate companies charge 6% or 7% per property to list and sell it. (that covers the cost for both brokerage companies) Below is our schedule so you have choices. You can upgrade to any program at any time. (* All listings are a minimum of 6-Months)

2% Total Cost. When we list your property at up to 6%. (depending on options and marketing)  If you bring the buyer that goes under contract within 30 days, and  when it closes within 30 more days your total commission will be 2% total.  We will handle negotiating the contract and getting it fully executed. Set up title company for closing. Over see the entire transaction process to closing.

3% We will put in MLS with a 1% co-op for other brokers that bring a buyer.  We will handle negotiating the contract and getting it fully executed. Set up title company for closing. Over see the entire transaction process to closing. (not likely to get much help from other brokers.)

4% We will list your property at 5% and offer 2.5% to any broker with a buyer. If the listing agent brings the buyer the commission will be reduced to 4%. (that’s a 1% savings, and on a $250,000 sale that is $2500 more in your pocket)

5% We will list your property at 5% and offer 2.5% to any broker with a buyer. If another broker brings the buyer the commission is 5% total.

Senior Citizen / Military Discount. If we list your property for 5% or more we will discount to 4% if we have the buyer.

Working For You From Contract To Closing

Depending on the plan you choose

  1. Write purchase and sale agreement with names of who pays the Document Stamps to FL, Title work to convey good title to close, Lender closing cost, survey & termite certificate etc.
  2. Confirm receipt of the initial Earnest Money deposit.
  3. Coordinate, meet and Confirm appraisal is adequate and inform you accordingly.
  4. Verify that all contingencies in contract have been satisfied per the contract.
  5. Confirm receipt of written loan commitment and follow through with any “subject to items” items for final approval.
  6. Arrange any inspections necessary to pass title commitment.
  7. Negotiate any repairs required.
  8. Help arrange bids for pricing of repairs from our database.
  9. Confirm ordering of title work and obtain all info related.
  10. Confirm completion of any agreed to repairs and forward copies of work receipts to closing parties.
  11. Forward copies of applicable certifications to closing parties.
  12. Confirm time, date and location of closing. Verify if certifications are required to close.
  13. Confirm deposit monies ordered for closing.
  14. Ascertain your receipt of final closing cost / proceeds.
  15. Attend closing / settlement, bringing all applicable documents, keys and any other pertinent information.
